Ken and Ken’s team are exceptional in regards to customer service, but what sets Ken apart from the other insurance providers I’ve dealt with is his thorough review and consultation of each policy I inquire about.
After Ken provides the insurance policy quote (always well within a 24 hour time period) he has me call him to thoroughly go over the details of what the policy covers and what we can do to ensure the policy provides the coverage I am looking for.
I love that he takes time to explain the policies in terms that I can understand, because my understanding of insurance policies is extremely limited.
He will always quote me on the basic/standard policy first and then walks me through each add on option to make sure I’m 100% satisfied with the coverage he’s providing. He tells me what the industry standard is in terms of coverage and allows me to make the decisions for myself. Other insurance providers that I’ve worked with just recommend a package, but don’t explain the details of why it is recommended.
What I appreciate the most about Ken is his honesty. Trust is so important when it comes to purchasing a service that you have no knowledge in. On multiple occasions he’s lowered the cost of his original quote after I provided more detailed information about my business/car. He’s also lowered my premiums when I add a policy due to bundle discounts. For both of these scenarios I had no idea that my cost should go down and I would’ve never questioned him about it, but he provided the discount with no hesitation. That’s the type of ethical business that makes me feel comfortable and at ease because I know he has my best interests in mind.
